You know I am not one to brag and a lot of you have asked me “what I do”

Truth be told I’m actually successfully running over 8 companies while still having time to keep my abs ; ) and take my kids to the park in the middle of the day.

It was not always this way I used to struggle with work/life balance, getting and staying in shape and finding time for the ones I loved. Over the last 9 years I tried any number of things and failed at many of them but I’ve been successful and created a formula that actually works. I want to take a select few to the level of success I have achieved.
